In 2010, in order to improve servic quality for foriegners coming to work in japan, the company has signed contracts with various official legal services offices.

Visa extention to all foreign employees. Free of charge for Employees.

Visa change of status from Temp to legal work visa. Applicants pay the fees to the legal office.

Visa sponsorship, we assist in fees.

This in order to make sure all Foriegn employees are legally working in japan and that they have all legal rights to stay.

In 2010 May, final negotioations with Labor Union to get best career benifits for all teachers and employees by improving their job contracts and benifits.
